Your children's happiness, comfort, and safety are the most important things to us. ​

We've outlined below the most frequently asked questions but please feel free to contact us if we've missed anything.

CINEMA PARTIES

What happens if it rains?

Our priority is to keep you safe so if the weather is not looking great on the day of your cinema party whether because it's raining or very windy we will offer you the alternative to reschedule your party or we will refund your money.

How does the projector works? 

The projector has it's own sounds and includes a HDMI cable that you can connect to your laptop or standard HDMI device. Please make sure that your device can be connected by HDMI cable to the projector, we won't take any responsibility or issue refund if your device is not HDMI compatible. If you have any doubts please contact us prior your party. 

Do you provide films?

Unfortunately we don't provide films.

Do you require a safety deposit?

We will a require £50 safety deposit. This deposit is paid back on collection of the hire equipment after inspection for damages. Once we have set up, the responsibility of the equipment is with the client and any damage will be charged.

 

​SLEEPOVER PARTIES

Can I host my party outside?

No. The Tents are not waterproof and can only be used indoors.

Do you stay and host the sleepover parties?

No. We come to your house, set up the sleepover party and then leave. We return the day after to collect everything. Children should be supervised at all times

How are the tents cleaned?

We take great care in making sure everything is in pristine condition. After each use the tents covers are washed in sensitive washing liquid and mattresses and cushions cleaned and disinfected.

How long is the hire period?

All tents and other hire items are set up on the day of the sleepover at a mutually agreed time. Collection is made the day after no later than 12 noon. It is generally no problem to extend the hire period when required but this will incur an additional cost.

Is the bedding and linen provided?

Yes, we include fitted sheets, pillow case, blanket and scattered cushions along with a mattress protector and pillow protector. 

Is the bedding washed after ever use?

Yes. we take the hygiene of our bedding very seriously. All bedding is washed and/or disinfected after each use. All bedding is washed in anti-bacterial and non-biological detergents and fabric softeners.

Are the tents available to buy?

Not at the present time.

What kind of mattresses do you use?

We use luxury blow up camping mattresses with mattress protectors. Size 76cm x 185cm. 

Do I need to supply power?

No. Our lights are battery powered.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel your booking with us, we are happy to fully refund you, subject to a minimum of 6 weeks’ notice. For any cancellation less than 6 weeks’ notice the 25% deposit is non-refundable, however we will happily transfer it to another booking once, subject to availability

Do you require a safety deposit?

When do I need to Pay?

Whether you have a payment plan with us or not, payment in full is due one week before the agreed date of the sleepover. We accept bank transfer or PayPal.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Accidents do happen, and in this situation, we will invoice you for the cost of repairing or replacing the item.

Do I need to wash any items?

No. We just ask that everything is left in the area where it was set up. Please also leave all lights as they are as they can be easily broken if removed.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance. 

How much room do I need?

Each tent is length 185cm x width 100cm x height 140cm. The overall approximate area required including the tray is 100cm width x 215cm length.

How long does it take to set up in your house?

On average our parties take about 1 to 2 hours to set up. The exact time depends on the size of the parties. 

What areas do you cover?

We cover an area of 5 miles from BN3 2RQ. No problem if you're outside this area but there may be a small fuel charge.
